O Nepal é um país asiático dos Himalaias, limitado a norte pela China e a leste, sul e oeste pela Índia. Capital: Katmandu. No país se situa o monte Everest, pico mais alto da terra com 8.848 m, na fronteira norte com a China. As principais cidades desta nação são, Lumbini, onde nasceu Buda e a cidade-lago de Pokhara, situadas no Vale Katmandu.
