Já passei por isso mano. Uma dica: O café da manha eh a refeição mais importante, eh ela q ativa o metabolismo. Acorde mais cedo e de uma atenção especial a essa refeição, coma bastante, coma a força mesmo, sem fumar. Durante o dia vc vai se alimentar normalmente pois seu metabolismo foi ativado para trabalhar corretamente com os "combustíveis" necessários.

E eles recebiam em "maconha" tbm. Viro moeda.

Cara você é novo ainda...por experiência própria eu te falo: Deixe a maconha de lado e vai estudar, passar em um boa faculdade, arrumar um bom emprego e por fim ter sua independência.
