Tenho a seguinte dúvida, pago plano de saúde, e gostaria de fazer um exame de pulmão e tall, só pra ver como anda a saúde, a questão é, caso eu coloque na ficha clínica, que sou usuário de maconha, e caso venha ter algum problema de saúde futuramente, que possa ser relacionado ao ato de fumar em si, o plano de saúde poderia negar atendimento, por eu ter admitido ser usuário de maconha?

Minhas plantas tomam sol na sacada quando o céu está aberto (ja faz uns 6 meses). A possibilidade de algum vizinho denunciar existe obviamente. Mas fico pensando se no Brasil eles vão dar continuidade a um processo em que um cara ta plantando 3 pé de ganja (pequeninhos) dentro do AP.

Comecei o meu cultivo recentemente, uma estufa de 80x80 + outra improvisada para vega, todo o rendimento é para mim e minha esposa. 
Minha duvida está ai, eu cultivo para mim e para ela, distribuir mesmo que de graça se enquadra como tráfico, mesmo ela sendo minha esposa? 
Em uma possível situação de flagrante do meu cultivo, devo omitir que nos dois consumimos?

Pergunta antiga mas vale ficar registrado…. Qualquer que seja o lugar onde vc compre nunca use o nome verdadeiro ou envie o produto para o endereço onde vc pretende cultivar. Comprar sementes não é crime, então o segredo é não descobrirem o local de plantio. Boa sorte.
