I honestly think the whole legalization bit is about 10 premature. The AG is not threatening people into voting a certain way. He's just reminding them that it's still illegal under federal law. At least the administration came out and said how they'd be handling it. I kind of thought they wouldn't since Obama still has another election to go through. This at least remind the pro-19 people that there is the costly and frustrating federal battle to be had. My county doesn't have any city-approved dispensaries currently because every city has banned them. This prop just ensures that not only would we not be getting these new "pot stores" but dispensaries would now be under even more heat because now the feds would be back on their case checking to make sure they're not a "pot store." Oh and in addition can we stop the gay bashing? I realize some of you may genuinely feel that way and I don't expect to change your belief system, but could we keep it off here? Please.

Entao, pelo que eu to ligado, as leis aqui na zamerica é muito hipocrita, eu nao sei qual é a moral da lei aí, mas aqui a lei é basicamente a de que voce pode cultivar e ter cannabis. oque realmente é proibido é portar ou cultivar as flores, frutos ou folhas da planta. Ou seja, trocando em miudos se fosse possivel cultivar uma planta só com o tronco, seria perfeitame legal, por isso o livre comercio de hemp aqui. esse é o futuro bro, hemp é muito mais importante pra o mundo que maconha (pra fumar), ja toquei nesse assunto um tempo atrás mas nego nem deu bola. o brasil seria muito favorecido se o cultivo industrial de hemp fosse legalizado. a gente tem condicoes de tirar colheitas durante o ano todo, gracas a deus. leite, cosmeticos e etc parecem ter uma aceitação mais dificil, vagabundo sempre é meio skeptical com isso, mas roupas e tal, seria um bom começo, mais facil argumentar com gente que acha que tu vai fumar uma blusa do que com nego que acha que tu vai ficar doidao de hidratante...
